Hmmm... What to offer...
I gotta work hard to find something to work on but heres what I got;
The laser lines are visible because of the rain interrupting their path, right? They seem to be a little independent of the actual droplets in the pic, and the angle of the brighter coloring inside the rays of red seems to suggests that the lasers are being hit by invisible rain coming from the opposite direction than the rain your trying to portray. As if the lasers are being shown because of rain coming from the top right, where yours is coming form the top and top left.
